Course Description
The golf course features a narrow layout with Bermuda grass putting greens plus several
holes that wind through the wetlands in
holes and there are 59 strategically placed bunkers throughout the course. Several ranges
of tees allow the course to be setup to challenge the seasoned golfer or to protect the
beginner.
Practice Facilities
The practice facility at Willow Fork is perfect for your corporate or fund-raising event.
We have a regulation length practice range with grass tees and target greens, a chipping
and pitching green with practice bunker and a large putting green.
Amenities
Willow Fork Country Club offers a full array of services and amenities with a courteous
and professional staff to meet your needs during your visit.
The southern colonial designed clubhouse has over 16,000 square feet and provides a dramatic view of the 9th and 18th holes. The clubhouse features formal and informal dining areas and banquet and ballroom areas for meetings or special events. The men’s and ladies’ locker rooms are conveniently located next to the grill. The golf shop carries the latest in apparel and equipment.

Group and Tournament Information
Event Packages
Group outings or tournaments can be customized to meet your needs.
“Group pricing” is available for outings of 12 or more.
Tournament fees include green fee, cart fee, practice range usage, scoring
of the event, and curbside service on the day of your tournament.
Merchandise
Willow Fork Country Club also offers a well-stocked golf shop for top-of-the-line gifts and prizes.
We can customize your tournament tee prizes, offer gift certificates, and awards.
Member pricing is also available for outside events and groups.
Food & Beverage
Willow Fork Country Club offers a wide selection of buffet choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
A full service beverage cart is also available to keep the tournament participants refreshed on course.
Payments
All deposits must be made by member charge, check, or credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
· Initial Deposit is $250 at signing of tournament contract. (Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE).
· Final Payment – Remaining fees must be paid on tournament day prior to leaving the Club.
· Accepted Methods of Payment – Member charge, check, or credit card.

At Willow Fork Country Club, we offer you a “turn key” operation. By that I mean we will gladly help you with all the planning and set up necessary to virtually guarantee your happiness and satisfaction. All you really need to do is select a date, and then get the word out to your participants and sponsors. We will take care of the rest!
