Welcome to Willow Fork, a personalized country club experience designed for the whole family. A friendly environment with events and associations that encourage friendship, personal growth, and camaraderie, Willow Fork is your premier destination for 

year-round enjoyment. 


Our 18-Hole Championship Golf Course provides an exciting and challenging experience for golfers of all levels. Known as one of the top-rated tennis programs in the state of Texas, our 9 lighted courts and highly trained staff of tennis professionals provide both fun and competitive mixers, clinics, and tournaments. Enjoy private training sessions in our updated fitness facility and make a splash in our pool. 


With more than 16,000 square feet of entertainment space, our Southern-Colonial Clubhouse features both formal and casual dining rooms, as well as banquet and ballroom areas. With dramatic views of the 9th and 18th holes and a picturesque veranda, Willow Fork is the perfect venue for family dinners, corporate meetings, and weddings alike. 


All in all, our goal is to provide you with a quality experience that includes exceptional service and a comfortable atmosphere.


Q&A

Will members of my family be permitted to use my Membership privileges?

Yes. The primary member, alternate member and dependents listed on your membership are entitled to club privileges. Dependents are children through age 21 or Full-Time Students through age 26 who live with you.


Is an Advisory Board of Governors established as a liaison between the Members and Club Management?

Yes. An Advisory Board of Governors, composed of Club Members, shall serve as a partner with Club Members and Club Management. The Management of the Club will meet with the Advisory Board of Governors monthly to discuss the operations of the Club. While the Board does not have any financial or decision making responsibility, their input is vital to the success of the club. Members are encouraged to utilize the Board of Governors by voicing their suggestions and concerns through them as well as reaching out to our Management team.


What is the dress code at Willow Fork Country Club?

Willow Fork Country Club requires that all members and guests wear appropriate golf attire including collared shirts and golf shoes when on the course (soft spikes only). Only proper tennis and swimming attire are permitted in the tennis and swimming areas. The Clubhouse is "Country Club Casual". Jeans are permitted provided they are not ripped/torn, no sleeveless shirts/work out attire/swimwear in the Restaurant/Bar. Review the Club’s Rules and Regulations for more information.


Can I play the course before I join?

Individuals considering membership at Willow Fork Country Club may play the course with an appointment booked through our Director of Membership, and have toured the property.  You will be responsible for the cost of the round of golf or tennis court. This "prospective member round" will be applied to your initiation fee should you decide to join the club.


What are the Guest Rules?

Tennis and Golf each have a guest count limit and are held to this policy. The same guest is permitted to visit the club up to six (6) times per year, no more than twice a month. Guest Fees apply. Your guest must accompany you through the duration of their visit and you are responsible for their conduct at the club.


When do I start paying dues?

Monthly dues are pro-rated from the day you join the club. If you join in the middle of the month, you will be billed the pro-rated dues. Billing is on the last day of the month, statements are emailed on the 2nd of the month, and payment is charged/due on the 15th of the month.


What promotions do you have right now?

Inquire with the club Director of Membership about current memberships. They are subject to change.
